BP AWARDS BORN CANADA TWO FURNACE REVAMPS IN AUSTRALIA

Furnace Engineering Firm Scores Two New Wins, Renews Relationship with BP

Los Angeles, CA and Calgary, Alberta (May 22, 2010) Calgary-based Born Canada, a subsidiary of process technology firm OnQuest, Inc., based in San Dimas, CA, has been awarded two new rehabilitation contracts by BP in Australia, underscoring the firm's recent successes in building business in Australia.

The first project is to revamp and rehabilitate a reactor-feed furnace at the Kwinana Refinery in Western Australia. Located approximately 100 km south of Perth, BP Kwinana is the largest oil refinery in Australia, with nominal capacity of 138,000 barrels/day and manufacturing petrol, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas, jet fuel and bitumen.

The second project is to revamp the naphtha hydrotreater furnace at BP's Bulwer Island Refinery in Brisbane. The Bulwer Island Refinery is the largest in Queensland, producing over 70,000 barrels per day.

These new project wins for Born Canada follow last year's win by OnQuest, Inc. of a $30-million contract for EPC of six waste heat recovery units to be installed at the massive Gorgon LNG facility on Barrow Island in Western Australia.
