OnQuest

ONQUEST REPORTS MAJOR LNG PROJECT FROM CLEAN ENERGY

Technology Firm Building Natural Gas Plant in Boron, CA

(March 1, 2008 - Los Angeles) OnQuest, Inc., a petroleum technology company based in San Dimas, CA, has reported its agreement with Clean Energy Construction for the design and construction of a natural gas liquefaction and distribution facility in Boron, CA. Project construction was initiated in August 2007.

OnQuest, along with sister company, ENR 400 construction firm ARB Inc., has a range of engineering responsibilities for the project, including the design of water, gas and power utilities, feed-gas treatment, the plant control system, and the balance of plant systems. OnQuest and ARB share responsibility for construction.

"Clean Energy is the largest provider of natural gas for transportation in North America," says David Baker, General Manager of OnQuest. "OnQuest and ARB Inc. are proud to have been selected for this significant new project from a leader in environmentally responsible transportation fuels."

The plant will have initial throughput of approximately 60 million gallons of LNG annually. OnQuest/ARB will install two liquefaction trains—or throughput systems—each with a capacity of 80,000 gallons per day. The plant design includes boil-off and flash gas recovery, loading and unloading facilities, and return gas metering, all controlled by a distributed control system.

OnQuest's design provides for additional space, installed utilities, and infrastructure for a future third train, adding 50% more capacity. OnQuest's responsibilities also include assistance with construction permitting and managing the supply of equipment and materials for the project.

Clean Energy Construction is a subsidiary of Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (Nasdaq: CLNE, www.cleanenergyfuels.com). OnQuest and ARB, based in Lake Forest, CA, are wholly owned subsidiaries of holding company Primoris. Financial terms of the contract were not disclosed.
