ONQUEST AND JR CAPITAL GOODS WILL MARKET JOINTLY IN MEXICO
U.S. Engineering Firm Announces Joint Marketing Agreement with Mexican Fabricator

(Nov. 7, 2006 – Los Angeles, CA) Onquest, Inc., an industry leader in specialized furnace design and engineering based in Monrovia, California, today announces a joint marketing agreement with JR Capital Goods Industry (JRCGI), a steel fabricator and module supplier based in Altamira, Mexico.

Under terms of the agreement, OnQuest will provide design and technological expertise that allows JRCGI to fabricate, construct, and market OnQuest-licensed products to operating companies in the Republic of Mexico.

"This joint agreement realizes OnQuest’s goal of establishing a presence in Mexico, allowing us to serve the domestic needs of PEMEX," said David J. Baker, President & CEO of OnQuest, in announcing the agreement.

"JRCGI can benefit from OnQuest’s front-end design expertise, allowing us to provide full EPC capability," Baker noted.

"JRCGI is very pleased to be working with OnQuest in this regard," said Ing. Jorge E. Rivera Magallon, President of J.R. Capital. "We are a long-time supplier of fabricated products to Onquest companies in the U.S. and Canada, and look forward to expanding our relationship."

The agreement, reached in Los Angeles on November 1, 2006, continues OnQuest’s growth in the furnace design, engineering and construction sector, and gives the company a presence throughout North America. In late 2005, OnQuest acquired Calgary-based engineering firm Born Canada, U.L.C.

OnQuest principally serves clients in the petroleum refining and petrochemical manufacturing industries. Serving global clients on projects throughout the world, OnQuest has primary offices in Monrovia, CA and Calgary, Alberta, and has offices in Kerrville, TX, and now Altamira, Mexico. The company has sales representatives worldwide.
